Unamusu
Ever since middle of the Edo era, Saraya Fukuryu has served as an official purveyor to the Yanagawa Domain. Today, it’s a so popular unagi restaurant. Another of the speciality is Unamusu, recreated Unagi no Seiromushi to Omusubi (rice ball) as the frozen food. The rice is grown in Yanagawa, the eels are from Kyushu island, and you wrap it in a Nori (seaweed from Ariake Sea) before eating. This new-style rice ball will fill you with happiness.
