「うなぎの駅弁をつくってほしい」という依頼を受けてできあがった、柳川名物うなぎのせいろ蒸し仕立ての「うなぎめし」。国産うなぎに、ヨモギを餌とした鶏卵の錦糸卵、地元福岡県産大豆を使用した醤油にこだわりました。うなぎの切り身とごまが混ぜ込まれたご飯は食感も豊か。柳川の味が全国でいただけるようにと、冷凍なので、お持ち帰りできます。おうちでレンジで温めるだけ。ふたをあけるのも待ち遠しい、食欲をそそる逸品です。

Unagi Meshi is the result of a customer’s request that the chef create an Unagi no Seiromushi lunch box. The treat is made with materials using produced-in-Japan. The combination of rice, sesame and slices of broiled eel is flavorful. The dishes have been frozen so that you can be taken home. Simply reheat in your microwave oven. It will be a comforting appetizing dish full of fragrance.
