へそ栗山
通称「へそくり山」と呼ばれる桜の名所である柳川城址を模した、愛らしい饅頭「へそ栗山」。一口食べると、香ばしい外皮から黄身餡に包まれた大粒の栗が顔を出します。口いっぱいに広がる栗の風味。一年を通しての上質な栗探しに始まり、いつもしっとりとしたカステラ皮と餡が一体となるよう、季節によって、水分や甘さ、餡練りの加減をするというこだわり。昭和五十七年の誕生以来、栄誉ある姫路菓子博覧会会長賞、橘花栄光章を受賞した柳川銘菓です。

Hesokuriyama
Hesokuriyama is an endearing castella manjyu (baked bun) named as the ruins of Yanagawa Castle, a spot which is famous for its cherry blossoms. The preparation process starts with a search for high-quality chestnuts throughout
the year, and adjusts the moisture and sweetness by a season. It is the reason why Matsufuku has been a famous confection brand since its founding in 1982.
